TESTE IMPULSO & FLEX
Esta bancada de TESTE de IMPULSO foi
construida para fazer testes tanto com
manifold estatico bem como, testes
dinamicos, ou seja, com manifold em
movimento. Para testes de impulso hidraulico
em mangueiras e tubos montados, que são
facilmente acomodados na area de teste. O
equipamento permite fazer testes de
IMPULSO e ao mesmo tempo Flexionar as
mangueiras. Estes testes hidraulicos são
definidos pelas normas: ISO8032 o teste de
Half-Omega, e ISO 6802 ou SAE J1405 para
o Omega. O equipamento pode ser
configurado ainda para fazer testes de
impulso com onda quadrada, onda de pico ou onda customizada
de até 20 pontos de Pressão x Tempo. Os dois modelos mais
comun são:
BI703 FLEX para pressão de até: 10,500 psi (700 bar)
BI1003 FLEX para pressão de até: 14,500 psi (1.000 bar)
Temperatura máxima do Fluído 150°C, e frequência de Pulso
variável de 0,05 à 1,5 Hz.
Bancada para Teste de IMPULSO
Este modelo é o mais largamente utilizado devido
simplicidade na programação, monitoramento e
manutenção. A onda quadrada pode ser programada
com impulso de pressão que atender as normas
SAE J343, ISO6803, ASTM, DIN, outras
especificações. Pressão de Teste Máxima 14,500 psi,
Max Temp de fluído 150°C, e frequência de Pulso de
1HZ.
BI701K para pressão de até: 10,500 psi (700 bar)
BI1001K para pressão de até: 14,500 psi (1,000 bar)
BI602AER – Impulse test stand for Aerospace
Automotive and military applications. It combines
Impulse Test with climatic chamber simulating
tests in embedded ambient with negative or
positive temperatures. The equipment has
independent control of temperature for the
fluid and for the environment and capable to
achieve in time fashion, accurately, very high
and very low temperatures during each of
programmed phases. The range of products

Skydrol, Red oil, DOT, Hydraulic fluid and
customized applications.
BIR800 – TEST STAND with Half OMEGA TEST - Rotation
Equipment designed to TEST flexible hydraulic rubber hoses. It
can run flexing and rotating testing up to 20 Programmable
wave points in accordance to the following norms:
Square Impulse Wave per SAEJ343 and ISO6803;
Impulses with peak per ISO 6772;
Impulse and flexing Test per ISO8032 (Half-Omega test);
Impulse and flexing Test per SAEJ1405 (Omega test).
