OPENING OF NEW FACILITIES

Haidar, Inc. announced today acquisition of new
facilities that doubles previous existent square
footage.
The expansion will accommodate increased
demand and growth of the business. The
DAKOTA building is allocated for warehousing of
medium size equipment as well parts and
materials.
Also the area will be used for a Show Room
along with Training, Support and Application's
Center which will be completed by Fall of 2006.
The Company and its associates are very proud
of this accomplishment and the opportunity to
increase support to our customers and our
principals' businesses.
