HYDROSTATIC STEERING WHEEL UNIT
TEST STAND
We supply a range of test stands for steering wheel units. The test benches are
designed for lab tests of EOL - End Of Line testing of finished products.
FULLY AUTOMATED HYDROSTATIC STEERING WHEEL UNIT TEST STAND
This systems operates with RFID tags informing the PC which steering wheel
model is going to be tested and which related test to perform. At the end of
end cycle when unit under test is approved it receives P/N and lot number
marking.
DUAL STATION HYDROSTATIC STEERING WHEEL UNIT TEST STAND
Test bench capable to test two different Steering Unit part numbers at same
time performing different taks.
DUAL STATION SLANT HYDROSTATIC STEERING WHEEL UNIT TEST STAND
Test jig with a unique design to test two different Steering Unit part number at
same time. The Slant Test Stands operates with a barcode device to load proper
test programing depending on characteristics of each steering unit placed in each
station.
